The National Conservation Authority (NCA) is into its second year of awarding grants to children of two of its employees. The six hundred dollars ($600.00) grant is awarded to the children who score the highest in the common entrance examination.

This year’s awards went to the Cuthbert Cenac, son of Ms. Joan Cenac of Castries and Kenley Alexander son of Mr. James Alexander of Anse La Raye, both students will be attending the Castries Comprehensive Secondary School in September 2015.

Students were encouraged to continue working hard towards achieving best results, pray and remain strong not to be distracted by the ills of society. The parents expressed thanks and appreciation to the Authority for this kind gesture and said it will go a long way in assisting with the purchase of school books and supplies.
